We sign a BAA with every customer
Before any patient data is exchanged, PatientLoop executes a signed Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with each practice, DSO, and agency, so your HIPAA obligations are covered in writing from day one.
Encryption in transit and at rest
Patient data is encrypted end to end using industry-standard protocols, TLS while moving between systems and AES-256 while stored.
HIPAA-eligible infrastructure
PatientLoop runs on HIPAA-eligible cloud infrastructure (Google Cloud), covered by a signed BAA with our provider.

Role-based access controls mean only authorized team members can reach PHI, and only the specific data their role requires.
