How it works

What Staff Performance benchmarks across locations.

1

Every location on one scale

The same grading applied at every site, so a score in one office means exactly what it means in another. No normalising spreadsheets, no self-reported numbers.

2

Spot the outlier location, not just the outlier person

A site sitting well below the group is a management or staffing signal. A single person below their own location is a coaching one. The distribution tells you which you are looking at.

3

Copy what the best location actually does

When one site consistently scores higher, its calls are right there to listen to. The top performer becomes the training material instead of an unexplained number.

Staff Performance

Your best operators,
not just your loudest.

Every group has an office everyone agrees is the good one. Ask why and you get anecdotes, which do not transfer to the other sites.

Scores make it concrete. You can see which location handles calls best, listen to what they actually do, and coach the rest to it instead of to a best-practice deck.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

What groups ask before benchmarking front desks.

Ask us directly
Can I compare both locations and individuals?

Yes. Scores roll up from person to location to group, so you can rank locations against each other and then open the individual distribution inside any one of them.

How are calls graded?

PatientLoop scores each call on how it was handled and whether it moved toward a booking, then rolls those into an average per person and a distribution for the team. The same model runs at every location, which is what makes the comparison valid.

Does this work if locations run different phone systems?

Yes. PatientLoop works alongside whatever VoIP each site already uses, which matters for groups that have grown by acquisition and inherited a mix. Grading and attribution are unaffected.
